This agreement applies to installation services provided directly by our company or through authorized service providers, covering three categories of products: kitchen faucets, basin faucets, and shower systems. This service is designed to provide users with professional and efficient installation support to ensure that the product can operate normally and achieve the best use effect after installation. Whether it is the first installation of a newly purchased product or the replacement of an old faucet, we provide consistent service standards to meet the needs of users in different scenarios.

Our installation service includes the following steps

Appointment and Survey

After making an appointment for the door-to-door time, a certified technician will conduct an on-site survey to confirm whether the installation conditions are complete.

Removal of old parts

If you need to replace the old faucet, the technician will remove the old parts and clean the interface to ensure that the pipeline is free of scale and blockage.

New product installation

Install new products, debug water pressure and sealing, and ensure stable operation without leakage.

Usage guidance

Demonstrate the operation method and provide usage and maintenance suggestions, answer user questions, and ensure that users can use the product proficiently.

Site preparation

Special needs

If drilling, electrical modification, or pipeline modification is required on site, it must be stated in advance and evaluated whether additional charges are required. These additional works may exceed the scope of standard services and require negotiation and confirmation by both parties.

Installation service guarantee

Service record: Each installation service is recorded, and a written confirmation form is provided after the service for follow-up tracking.
Quality guarantee: The installation quality guarantee period is 90 days. Water leakage, loose interfaces, etc. caused by installation problems will be repaired free of charge. This guarantee ensures that users have no worries in the short term after installation.

Appointment and response

Appointment method: You can make an appointment through the official website, customer service phone, and official mini program, and you can reschedule for free 24 hours in advance.
Service time: Regular service time is from 9:00 to 18:00 Monday to Saturday, and expedited or holiday arrangements depend on the region. We try our best to meet the flexible needs of users and ensure timely service response.
