This agreement applies to all kitchen, basin and shower faucet products purchased through our official website, authorized dealers or cooperative platforms. Whether the product is used for home residence, commercial project or engineering procurement, as long as it is purchased through formal channels and correctly installed and used in accordance with the instructions, you can enjoy the services described in this agreement. This agreement is intended to provide users with clear rights protection and ensure that they can obtain a consistent high-quality experience when purchasing and using our faucet products. Whether it is for single-family use or large-scale commercial project procurement, we are committed to clarifying the responsibilities and obligations of both parties through this agreement to avoid unnecessary disputes caused by misunderstandings or improper use. The definition of the scope of application is based on the formal source and correct use of the product, which is the basic condition for enjoying subsequent warranty services.

Warranty period

Our company provides a graded warranty policy for faucet products to meet the use requirements and life expectancy of different components. The details are as follows:

Faucet body and ceramic valve core: From the date of purchase, enjoy a lifetime limited warranty to protect functional failures caused by manufacturing defects, such as valve core stuck or unable to switch water flow normally. This policy reflects our confidence in the quality of core components and also provides users with long-term use guarantees.
Surface treatment (such as chrome, brushed nickel, matte black, etc.): Provide a 5-year home use warranty, applicable to discoloration, rust, peeling and other problems caused by non-human damage. Surface treatment is an important part of the appearance and durability of the faucet, and the 5-year warranty is sufficient to cover the natural wear and tear during normal use.
Rubber seals, gaskets, water pipes, aerators and other consumable parts: Enjoy a 1-year warranty to protect the seal failure or leakage caused by non-human factors. Due to their consumable nature, these parts have a shorter warranty period, but are sufficient to meet daily use needs.

The above warranty period starts from the date of purchase by the user (based on the date of the invoice or purchase receipt) to ensure that the user enjoys full protection within a reasonable time.

Warranty conditions

To ensure the fairness and operability of the warranty service, users must meet the following conditions:

Purchase proof: A complete purchase receipt and product code must be provided. The warranty right is limited to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred. This is to prevent the abuse of warranty policies by products from informal channels and protect the rights and interests of legitimate users.
Correct installation: The product must be installed by qualified installers according to the standard procedures in the manual. Unauthorized disassembly and installation are not covered by the warranty. Self-disassembly and installation may cause damage to the internal structure or improper installation, so it is not covered by the warranty.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover problems caused by misuse (such as using improper tools for cleaning), impact, chemically corrosive water (such as acidic water eroding the surface), natural disasters such as fire and flood, and the use of non-original accessories of this brand. These situations are usually beyond the control of the manufacturer, so the user must bear the responsibility.

Claim process

If the product has a problem that meets the warranty conditions, users can apply for service according to the following steps:

Go to the "After-sales Service" page of our official website or call the customer service phone to submit an after-sales application.
Upload the purchase invoice, product serial number, damage description and clear photos/videos so that we can quickly determine the cause of the problem.
We will verify the application within 2 working days. If it meets the warranty policy, we will send a replacement part or the whole machine free of charge and provide necessary installation assistance. If the problem is complex, we may arrange for a technician to conduct further verification.
